Let’s talk Chip usage. This is probably an ideal time to Wildcard if you haven’t already. You can take advantage of the Doubles in 27 and 29 and plan to avoid the Blanks in 28. Planning your 4 Bench players to Blank in 28 but Double in 27 and 29 would be ideal.

Brentford are the highlight who Double in 27, play in 28 and Double again in 29. Raya in goal, Mee in Defence and Toney up front are the stand-out options.

Brighton Double in 27 and 29 but Blank in 28. Dunk or Estupinan in Defence, Mitoma, March or MacAllister in Midfield are all good picks.

Now, Arsenal and Man City do not Double, and Man City Blank in 28. For Arsenal, their Fixtures are still good, and you will want those assets longer term, but I think Nketiah up front is a Sell, with his Minutes hit recently and the return of Jesus soon. The Man City Rotation has been infuriating, with only Haaland the one I would say to Hold. Ederson hasn’t been keeping the Clean Sheets we expected so he is a Sell, I’d say for Raya.

As for Captaincy this week, I’d say Toney is the man with the Double. A Brighton Midfielder could be a good Differential, with Mitoma, March and MacAllister all being good Picks.
