FPL is back after the International Break and straight back into it with a monster Double Gameweek.

Double Gameweek 29

This is the week to Bench Boost, there will not be a better opportunity.

However, navigating this Gameweek is tricky if we look ahead.

Now, ideally we want players who Double in 29 and 34 and who also play in 32. That gives us Liverpool and West Ham. Liverpool are away to Man City and Chelsea in 29, they then play Arsenal at Home in 30, which is far from ideal. West Ham sit in the relegation zone after a dreadful season. However, Brighton and Man Utd Double in both with good Fixtures, so if we can plan ahead to cover their Blank in 32, they have some great options. For Brighton, Dunk and Estupinan in Defence and March, Mitoma and MacAllister in Midfield. For Man Utd, Shaw in Defence and Rashford and Fernandes in Midfield. Note though, that Rashford is currently Flagged, so keep an eye on Press Conferences for updates.

A word on Forwards. Toney is one Yellow from a Suspension and also has an impending Ban for betting, which could be up to six months, but when it will start is anyone’s guess. Mitrovic faces a three match Ban after violent conduct. Spurs have sacked Manager Antonio Conte, so will Kane continue his excellent season? He is just 21 Points behind Haaland, which is some stat. They do not Double but have good Fixtures. Good replacements are Newcastle’s Isak, Aston Villa’s Watkins and Chelsea’s Havertz.

As for Captaincy, Rashford or Fernandes are my Picks, with Brighton Midfield trio March, Mitoma and MacAllister as good Differential Picks.
