And He Takes That Chance Sponsors Huddersfield Town Women Captain Beth Stanfield

Huddersfield Town fan podcast, And He Takes That Chance, is delighted to announce that for the 2023/24 season, they are sponsoring Huddersfield Town Women captain, Beth Stanfield.
The sponsorship, which will last for the entire 2023/24 FA Women’s National League season, will cover all of Beth’s playing costs throughout the season, allowing her to concentrate on doing her best for The Terriers on the pitch.
Beth, who is entering her fifth year as a player for Huddersfield Town, becomes the first player to be sponsored by the And He Takes That Chance podcast, which first launched in 2018.
Huddersfield Town Women who play in the FA Women’s National League Northern Division, the third tier of women’s football, is run entirely by volunteers, with players having to pay to play. Sponsorship by the podcast for Beth allows her to be provided with kit, equipment and training facilities to give the team and herself the best opportunity to reach their full potential.

It’s great to see local businesses show their support for us and women’s football in general. Hopefully, we’ll see this reflected in attendances, engagement etc and hopefully we can do Huddersfield Town fans proud as well this season!
“My messages to young girls wanting to take up football is just do it, just play! I played for local boys’ teams because there weren't any girls’ teams near me where I was growing up, so if you like it, just do it and don’t let people stop you or put you off it. Just go for it and hopefully, you carry it on into adulthood.”
