FPL GW34 Preview
Another week another rearranged Fixture.
There is now a mini Double this Gameweek for Chelsea and Man Utd.
DGW34
Chelsea: West Ham (H), Man Utd (A)
Man Utd: Arsenal (A), Chelsea (H)
My thoughts on this aren’t too optimistic. Chelsea are rotating a lot recently as they juggle league, FA Cup and European Fixtures so there aren’t really any nailed on assets. Rudiger if anyone, but he is currently an injury doubt. James is adored by the FPL community, but injury has hampered his minutes, as well as rotation, and has played in a back 3 rather than his usual wing back position. In midfield, Havertz and Mount are the standouts, but the usual rotation applies.
For Utd, Ronaldo and Fernandes are the only FPL options, but they are very costly, and Utd have been well below par this season.
If you have any Chelsea or Utd options, play them, but I wouldn’t be going out my way to get any in, especially for a Hit.
Captaincy this week, your Chelsea or Utd options, or Salah at home to Everton. Spurs attack have been excellent, but were woeful against Brighton, so I am put off Captaining Son or Kane, but they are in the conversation away to Brentford.
For me, my eyes are on the GW36 Double where 10 teams are involved. I am setting up to play the Bench Boost with all 15 players involved in the Double.
DGW36

Aston Villa: BUR (A), LIV (H)
Chelsea: WOL (H), LEE (A)

DGW37
Aston Villa: CRY (H), BUR (H)

Aston Villa, Everton and Leicester have back to back Doubles in 36 and 37.
Something new to note, Liverpool, Man Utd and Southampton now Blank in GW37.
As far as the remaining Fixtures to rearrange, Man City and Wolves will Double in 36 or 37, depending on Fixtures outside the Premier League (European Fixtures and FA Cup). Aston Villa and Crystal Palace also have another Double to rearrange.
For the rest of the season, outside the Doubles, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs have good fixtures.
